GENERAL
We are based and will be shipping from British Columbia, Canada.
Our general office hours are Monday-Friday, 10am-16pm, Pacific Standard Time (PST), except statuary holidays
Our website is made in multi-languages auto translation for customer’s convenience and we can accept customer enquiries in any language via contact us. However, currently we only speak English, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese natively. For enquiries written in other languages we will use translation flatform to reply together with English and there might be some miscommunications happens.
PAYMENT
All of our products are priced in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and we only accept payment in CAD. But you might be able to pay with other currencies through third party payment platforms.
Please note that we are not responsible for any foreign exchange gaps and services charged by the third parties.
We accept PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), WeChat Pay, and Interac© e-Transfer.
ORDERS
Yes, you can edit or cancel your order before we ship it. There might be some handling fees for the refund to your original payment method.
Please contact us with clear photos of the damaged or products has issues within 7 days of the arrival of goods. Once we have confirmed your claim, we will arrange a return, refund, or new shipment.
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
SHIPPING
Shipping within Canada, destination province taxes applies.
Generally we will ship out the orders within 2 business days. For international shipping or special shipment orders, we might take a few more days to verify the shipping methods. We will inform you the tracking information once we have shipped out your order.
We will arrange the shipment based on your choice of shipping methods and ship to address. If you would like to choose a specific shipping company, there might be extra shipping charges apply. Please contact us to find out if we can make the arrangement for your request.
